Story Behind PGL:
The journey began with Prerna Ghosh, the designer whose love for art blossomed into a career after high school. With a degree from the prestigious Footwear Design and Development Institute in Kolkata, India. Prerna’s path took her through some of India’s top fashion houses, including Kanika Goyal Label, Limerick by Abirr n' Nanki, Goldy's Nestt, & others. It was here, during countless hours of hands-on experience, that her vision of fashion evolved—understanding that great design is not just about trends but about crafting pieces that truly resonates with the wearer.
After years of refining her craft and exploring the boundaries of design, Prerna made a bold decision: to leave behind the conventional career path and launch her own label—PGL. Inspired by the belief that fashion should empower people to stand out, she set out to create clothing that combines bold, innovative designs with unmatched craftsmanship. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted with the idea that your style should be as unique as you are.
